Welcome to OfflinePages for Notion, a mobile application developed by Cousin Crafters. By downloading or using our application and services (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OfflinePages, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the App immediately.2. Eligibility
There is no minimum age limit requirement, any user with a Notion account is eligible.3. User Accounts and Authentication3.1 Authentication with Third Parties
OfflinePages integrates with third-party services, such as Notion. By using the App, you authorize the OfflinePages to interact with Notion’s API for the purpose of providing services to you. You acknowledge and agree that your use of Notion is subject to their Notion Terms and Conditions.4. Use of the App4.1 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the OfflinePages for personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.4.2 Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the OfflinePages.
• Modify or create derivative works of the OfflinePages.
• Use the OfflinePages for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Interfere with the OfflinePages' security features or servers.5. Data Collection and Privacy5.1 Personal Data
We may collect personal information as described in our [Privacy Policy]([link to privacy policy]). This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email, and authentication data from Notion’s API.5.2 Crash and Analytics Data
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to collect optional usage data and crash reports. You can choose whether to opt-in to data collection for analytics. However, crash reports are collected to help us improve app stability.5.3 Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy, or as necessary to provide services such as authentication with Notion.6. Third-Party Integrations
The App integrates with Notion’s API to provide offline access to your Notion data. By using the OfflinePages, you agree that:• You authorize the App to access and retrieve data from Notion on your behalf.
• You comply with Notion’s terms and policies.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from your use of Notion’s API.7. Subscription and Fees
OfflinePages may offer premium features or services that are subject to subscription fees. Any subscription terms, including renewal policies and fees, will be clearly presented at the time of purchase.8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to OfflinePages at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.9. Disclaimer of Warranties
OfflinePages is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that OfflinePages will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of your use OfflinePages.11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of OfflinePages following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.12. Governing Law
